I thought the staff was kind and courteous and sharing. I enjoyed the room was neat and clean and the location was excellent convenient to Madison Square Garden Times Square and Midtown certainly I recommend hotel and will look forward to staying at Life hotel next time visiting NYC

best beds ever....

lovely little hotel in a good location for exploring. Beds really good and rooms are nice and offer a Manhattan loft style feel. Pity no FB offer in the hotel at this time and only offers a light grab and go offer. Staff at the grab and go counter lack experience/training or customer care skill. Really poor service from them. Part from the coffee counter staff hotel staff generally good. No late check out was available at the 75USD rate however rooms on a full nights rate were avalible to purchase.

The service was excellent. Comfortable and clean accommodations in the middle of midtown. The rooms are relatively small and not equipped with a fridge, etc but it was an overall great experience and would recommend.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of great places to visit. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff are super friendly, caring and accommodating. I expected to need ear plugs to sleep because of the city noise, but it was surprisingly quiet when we stayed. It was perfect for us!
