What I did not like is that we could not get a cart for our luggage either coming in or leaving each time we ask the answer was no which is absurd when you’re you got multiple bags first time ever I’ve been to a hotel that denied us use the luggage cart

The stay was great! Was concerned about the room size so was pleasantly surprised about the amount of space. My biggest issues would be no coffee maker in room and the elevators were often overloaded. I didn’t love the 2 elevator rides. Otherwise great hotel and would stay again!!

The only negative was the fact that you have to take two elevator rides to get to your room. One from the street walk up to the lobby and then another one to get to your floor. Other than that, it was such a clean and quiet place. Housekeeping is so nice and accommodating!

I would return to this venue. I didn’t love the service attitude at the bar of restaurant, they’re not on the “my pleasure” program. Its “you get me when I say so” and fine is good enough. The front desk and valet teams are “good,” just not going above and beyond. That being said, views from anywhere in the hotel are great. The hotel is clean and nice with a lovely organized store. Beds are great and room has a tub. Housekeeping team is awesome. It’s located smack dab in the middle of everything- theaters, dining and food.

Excellent hotel in prime location this is our 4th visit ( twice when it was Novotel & twice as Msocial) Only thing we didn’t like as in the 5 nights we were there they had private functions on 2 nights where we couldn’t eat in restaurant & the music noise was very loud till 11.30pm both nights ( we could hear this in our room)

So so quiet and absolutely perfect location! Walking distance to Rockefeller center, Times Square, Gershwin theater, many good restaurants, and a little further to Central Park, all very doable. Would stay here again!

Times Square location is very good. Blackout curtains could have been better and noise at night in the lower floors from the lobby party situation was pretty loud for many hours. It was clean, staff were all professional.

Just steps from the heart of Times Square this hotel had a great vibe in the lobby, a place you could just hang out. We were facing Broadway on the 28th floor and traffic noise was minimum. The blackout blinds worked great to keep billboard light out. I would stay here again.

Best Kept Secret?
Hands down a WONDERFUL experience. The staff was welcoming and helpful, especially Edward. The location is central to the Broadway and 7 trains, and Times Square. The room was clean and the lobby has a nice vibe. I look forward to returning! (And I NEVER leave reviews.)
