This hotel offers a good ratio quality/price. Lot of choices for breakfast and a very nice staff. The neighborhood is not very clean but it seems ok as far as feeling secure walking at night.

Front desk agent Selma is a gem! She arranged free transportation from an out of the way rental car location back to the hotel with plenty of time for us to enjoy the evening too. It would have been nice to have a more convenient charging station in our room and there was an unpleasant mustiness. But overall it was a nice place to spend a night before our early morning LGA flight.

Wonderful property spotlessly clean. The carpet looked new. Great free shuttle service from LaGuardia. Free bottle of wine. Great Chinese restaurants you can walk to. Wonderful, wonderful staff (Selma went above and beyond, professional, knowledgeable and kind) Spacious rooms. Would most certainly stay there again.

Reasonable , great service
over all service is 4/5; the restaurant/ breakfast crew is very attentive, they remembered my preferred beverage for breakfast- they are respectful; the front desk staff sees to it that we get the best value of our stay even letting us know that their preferred airport transporter may be more expensive during the time of day of our travel some few things to point out: the hotel AC is noisy at night; the driver of the hotel shuttle was reckless during one of our service to the sports venue- he would cut too fast in front of other drivers and swerved hard on corners and intersection
