Every single employee I came in contact with was helpful and friendly. Actually having housekeeping service every day was nice and unexpected. The property was clean and stylish. The only issue that needs to be fixed are the elevators. They were slow and confusing to use. I would stay here again.

Well, this was definitely the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in, but we understand that New York real estate is at a premium. Everything was tastefully done and very clean. I don’t think you go and stay in Times Square to stay in your hotel room, so it was very sufficient for our stay. Staff was on top of it very friendly and professional.

1st the change my room for water leak. 2 the room the change me to didn’t have a better view like the one before. Went to eat breakfast took too long to take care us manager on the cell phone and only one employee taking care the tables. All tables duty from the people before us they wasn’t picking up the tables.

I never have a problem staying here. I stay here a lot and always have a good experience. I would say that the room service can be a little better. I asked for every day drinks and t they said i would have to go all the way down to get one drink. But other than that great place.

Great stay
Fantastic location, it was so centrally placed and really great rooms The rooms were a good size for new York and the TV was great too. Nice bathroom and very comfortable bed.

The staff was very accommodating and polite. The room was small but the bed was big and the bathroom was sufficient. We only stayed in the room when we slept and showered. The hotel was near the subway, restaurants and shopping

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting NYC and want to be steps away from Times Square. Plenty of restaurants, broadway shows and shopping all around. Plus, the subway is just across the street for a ton of different train lines. I also loved the variety of bars/restaurants inside the hotel. You can catch tge sunset at the rooftop bar, chill out by the pool and grab a drink by the restaurant. Or you can get seated at the Margaritaville restaurant! Its also very kid-friendly, so thats a plus too! I'll definitely stay herecagai. The next time i visit NYC!

All of the staff was extremely helpful and nice. They were all very welcoming. Our room was super clean. They always refreshed the towels without having to ask for more.
