The location was PRIME to downtown Manhattan! They advertised happy hour Mon - Fri from 12-8, but most bars said this was only a summer time thing. I believe it was only good on 2nd floor, but for the same hotel, we didn’t understand why so disjointed. The elevators were pathetic and would not take us to our floor. 3 of the 4 did not work. That needs to be fixed immediately! The rooms were nice and amenities were refreshed daily. Loved having a small fridge in the room but they need to list this in room features. We did not know. Food options were good and we loved the rooftop bar, but each bar had separate pricing. Sort of disjointed as if they were managed separately.

I loved the location of the hotel, right in the mist of everything. The theme of the hotel was executed perfectly and it was nice and clean!. All staff were helpful and friendly. Clean, good location
Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Feels more like a building they tried hard to make a hotel out of with lots of island decor, but the lobby is cramped and the open space is outside with a pool and outdoor bar area. The food was subpar and overpriced. The elevators were ridiculous and annoying with broken touch screens and a card system that only sometimes go to the right floor. Location was great - just a 10 min walk to MSG in one direction, Times Square nearby the other. Not a resort or any such vibe. Rooms were clean and had nice decor.

Overall my stay was great . Room was cozy and clean with beautiful view of the city except for some issues: 1) The false alarm that occurred during midnight and happened twice when i was sleeping . 2) Also one of the staff who was involved in cleaning the hotel room was very rude and impolite with disrespectful attitude when I took time to answer. I don’t want to mention entire story here but I didn’t expect that from the lady.

I loved the location, and the staff was friendly and kind. I wouldn't stay here again for three reasons, though: 1) the elevators have a mind of their own. I would swipe my card and punch in my number, and it would take me to the top floor. Many people in the elevators commiserated about this. 2) The water in the shower is barely warm. No hot water at all. 3) Between midnight and 1:00 am, the fire alarm went off on two of the four nights we stayed. It turned out to be false alarms, but we lost a lot of sleep.

Girls weekend getaway
This was our first time staying here for a girls getaway weekend. I was amazed at how clean and fresh everything was. The room was immaculate! I loved the decor. All the things we wanted to do in the city was close by. If we stay here again & want to venture further, the trains are right around the corner. The only minor down side was the water pressure was a little low and the temperature was a bit hot. When I turned the nozzle to get the water cooler, the pressure dropped. The breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve had! So good!! I would definitely consider staying here again!

The room was filthy. Hair trimmings all over the bathroom and stains on the walls/room artwork. Genuinely concerned about what was actually cleaned and changed since the previous guests vacated.
