We had a wonderful stay at the Martinique. The staff really added to the experience - they were all delightful, especially at the front desk and the cleaners. Great location for transport, dining, shops - even the Empire State! Only downside was the scaffolding outside our window but we could still see out. We got $40 to spend in the cafe downstairs which was nice - the food and drinks were delicious. Thank you for a great stay! With love from London xx

The hotel is good, but very low on services. One of the worst hotels in services i have been to. If you need anything, make sure you will do it yourself. Concierge doesn’t help you at all, and you better do it yourself. It was a leisure purpose, for a holiday, through this hotel, i hope i won’t return to any Hilton hotel ever.after this experience, i feel cheated

Excellent location for NYC sightseeing. Very close to subway and Penn Station for other trains. Room was clean. The downsides: the bathroom door was extremely squeaky and the exhaust fan was weak. The AC controls were flaky for the first 2 days, then started working normally. Overall a decent experience, but the regular Hiltons that I have stayed in were better maintained.

Well… my fiancé and I travel a lot and we was in New York to celebrate her birthday. For starters I was charged an additional $40 per night (5nights) on top of the $229 owed at the end for specific fees because it’s New York after paying over $1500 initially. We arrived early and my room wasn’t ready so we were placed in another room for that $40 a night fee. We made it to the room and what I found wasn’t on par with the cost. The bed was extremely hard. The pillows were too soft. There were cobwebs everywhere on the ceiling. When I brought it to the housekeeping manager that happened to be on the floor, he seemed to be agitated that I was making that complaint but they rectified that issue in time. I found several loose floor tiles in the shower as well as whenever the room was reset they always forgot something. (Correct number of towels or bottles of water). At checkout the guest service clerk asked me “How was your stay?” I responded with what was typed above. She advised she was so sorry that we experienced that and she went to talk it over with her manager. She returned explaining the manager waived the $40 a night room fee and was very contrite about our experience. Although we had a mediocre experience at this hotel, they went out of their way to make it right. In all it was my fiancé’s birthday week and want her to have a wonderful birthday experience and this stay kept it from being just t

The hotel is not how it is described on the website. The carpets in the room are old and smelly. When I entered the room there was no tower in the bathroom. Terrible customer service
