First time staying at this hotel. Super friendly staff first of all. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Very clean as well. Will definitely be returning. We received great service from Daniel at the bar, Camila and Mario at check in. Everyone was great.

The Merrion Row is a great small Boutique hotel . . clean - safe - great location - excellent restaurant & staff. Owner Bernie - was visible & doing great customer service. Connelly's & Perfect Pint Irish Pubs are also owned by Bernie & his wife & they many of their staff are from the "Old Sod" - Ireland . . so very authentic. DLK

We almost missed the property. It’s tucked into a busy walkable area literally steps away from Time Square. The staff was amazing. Seriously everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. We did eat breakfast at the restaurant nearly every day. I recommend the Irish breakfast. When I asked for directions or recommendations staff were spot on. The space is small but very clean. Yes you can hear others on in the hallway but this wasn’t a bother for us. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I loved this hotel. My teen daughter and I went for a girls weekend. It felt like a small cozy place among the big city. The staff was so helpful and kind. We also loved the decor and cleanliness.

The most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. They were like Murphey beds. Very loud outside but it IS right by Times Square.

I loved staying here, Nikki at the front desk was wonderful in helping me around my first time being in the city. The staff at the restaurant were lovely, everyone was so personable and made the experience so much more comfortable. It was easy to walk or catch the subway from the hotel, it’s right around the corner from Times Square as well. The food is so so good! I recommend the lobster ravioli and the French toast. Most definitely would stay here again my next trip! Thank you Merrion Row!
