Horrible hotel
Worst hotel i have ever stayed at left after the worst night sleep. There are no words to descible rhe terrible place. In addition staff spoke no english and refused refund for the 2nd night

It is not a hotel. It is more like a hostel. No elevator so I had to carry two luggages four floors up and down. The front desk guy did not offer to help. They did not turn on the AC when I checked in. So room was warm. I got woken up by cars honking and revving. Will not go there ever. Price of room does not match the quality of room.

I’ll never stay here again.
The bathroom was too small with a broken faucet. I could barely stand in it and I’m skinny. The AC was in a window on the 4th floor. Since the window was open it was very loud & noisy. I could hear everyone and noise in the hall. No elevators so I had to walk 74 stairs to get up to my room. I could not find the front door to get in to the hotel. The signage is poor.

Was greeted by a receptionist who lacked any personality and warmth. Very basic and tired facilities / decor, tiny room and bathroom (room 302). No elevator so heavy luggage has to be carried upstairs. Busy area outside and an air con unit through the window which means you are basically trying to sleep with an open window. Other guests were noisy too. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else.

Advantage is proximity to Penn Station and subway stations. Property is clean and secure with coded entry during late hours. Day manager helpful with my bag. It is a walkup property, no elevator, but I was on 2nd floor. Street side room street noise early with trash pickup and other trucks. That said, very good price for midtown Manhattan.

Worse service ever! I came for a long shopping day and I recive a news for a room change. Front desk guy said me that was an error at checking time and they gave me a wrong room, so they took all my stuff and change to another room. Lastly I miss some of my stuff because this change.

Disgustingly Horrible
The worst hotel of all time. Absolutely disgusting..didn’t even want to take my shoes off the floor was so dirty. The floor was dirtier than the sidewalk.

The place is a dump. Zero amenities. Its a mess. The staff is almost nonexistent. Street noise is over the top. Rooms are uncomfortable at best. The area is filthy and there are unhoused encampments all over. I get it.... it's NYC. But this place was extra. And not really for any significant discount. Avoid!

For me the stay was what I needed. Basic but had a good ac a hot shower and a tv and charge outlet. It’s a lot of stairs and not suitable for disabled or walking impaired but for a decent price and private bath I was very happy

1. Never seen such a small size room (for the price paid) in my 3 decades of traveling 2. Room rate is exorbitant as compared to its worth, but it may be because of its location in NY. 3. Number given on hotel.com is not a working number 4. When I reached at around 7 pm I could not enter hotel as there was a digital lock - now how can a first timer have code to enter the hotel ? - There was no one at the reception - As mentioned above, phone number is non-working number, so could not connect - Luckily one hotel resident came and I was able to enter 5. No place to work or put something or eat. 6. No lift. Luckily I had only 1 bag. 7. Lights switch off automatically in around 15 minutes as it has motion sensor. That was very annoying. As we need to move in that area to start again. 8. Very noisy inside and outside. Luckily I had to stay there for a night only in transit. But if someone comes with family, it’s going to be very very challenging stay.
