We stayed for 4 nights, hotel was clean and welcoming! Only comment would be for there to be more options for food in the cafe and open a bit longer rather than 9-2. Was difficult to use the resort fee with little to no options. Overall a great stay.

Hotel was clean. Security was tight. Room/hall was quiet. View was beautiful. Parking not so great, valet overpriced. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, probably the most comfortable stay I ever had. Im giving 4 stars because the front desk receptionist/first impression was not great. Compared to the interaction with the people in from me she was very short/ cold and not so welcoming during our exchange. Other than that everything was great.

If this hotel was half the price, I would have rated everything much higher. But for a four star hotel that charges very high room rates a mandatory $35 "urban destination fee" per night, I would expect a lot more. The staff were all friendly and the decor is nice, plus the location is convenient. But, you can use the $35 fee in their restaurant and café which were absolutely extortionate prices so it barely covers anything, and you only have 24 hours to use each credit. WiFi should just come as a given. The coffee machine in the room was very rickety and when I tried to pour creamer into my drink, it had gone off. Generally, the amenities in the room needed updating. For example, our curtain was being held together by a laundry peg because it had broken. There's no room service and generally just didn't feel four star.
