Upon checking in my room, my door was unlocked. As I entered the room it smelled of cigarette smoke although the hotel prohibits smoking. I went to the bathroom and it was filthy. I immediately contacted the front desk and requested a refund. The next day the hotel said they were unable to process my request for a refund since they hadn’t logged my call. The hotel itself was completely unacceptable and in horrible condition. It was like walking into a motel. I would DEFINITELY not suggest staying here. The rooms manager had horrible customer service as I explained him my situation.

This is a very tired and worn out hotel. The bathroom door hinges were rusty making the door hard to close. Our room smelled musty, carpet and furniture were on the older side. I would not stay there again.

Room too expensive to look old and don’t have a mirror, no microwave and no a mini refrigerator, basic stuff to use. House keeping didn’t change sheets even if they had chocolate on it. They took too long to bring our request up to our room. And when we needed something, nobody was willing to just help, they were that’s no my department ask somebody else!

This property was in the heart of everything! Very walkable to Times Sq., Broadway, Restaurants, Shopping, Rockefeller Center, Diamond District, 5th Ave shopping and Central Park. Just a couple of blocks to the subway if you wish to explore further. We had a great stay!
