Staff is very friendly and helpful. Place is clean. It could use some repairs or renovations, at least in the room I stayed in. It’s a very busy hotel so wear and tear are to be expected. Very close to many tourist attractions.

Stayed on the 43rd floor, corner room with a great view. Room was comfortable and relaxing. My sister and I’s first time in NY and am happy with choosing The Millennium for our stay. Front desk and bells men was very friendly. Attractions were in walking distance. Great food in the area too!

Hotel is not updated, no mini fridge, everything is old, nothing like the pictures! Very disappointed and they had a bad smell, also the AC was not working! Very kind staff though. Would not be back

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, it is dirty, outdated and nothing like the photos. There website is very deseaving.The room was extremely hot that it was unbearable, no matter how much you turned it down it was still 85-90 degrees. Three other guests had the same problems when we spoke to them. It took two hours to get our bags back as they had one bell man, causing us to miss our bus back home. The place is insane. The manager did not help nor did the front desk seem to care at all. DO NOT GO HERE. Waste of money

Old property
The property is old. The heating and cooling is outdated. My room was wired to constantly kick out cool air. Maintenance was called. They are busy with an enormous amount of outdated rooms. They couldn’t get to me until late at night. They had to re-wire the temperature in a wall unit. It stopped but then the heat came on continuously. I had to call them again. It took several calls. They told me to open a window. They finally came and basically pulled the plug. Later that night I couldn’t shut my window. I had a male housekeeper try. He couldn’t get it to shut, but then wouldn’t leave until I paid him for trying. Maintenance had to come to force it shut. Coffee: You have to ask for it. You have to ask for refill coffee cartridges. Not updated for tech. The staff is very nice, but they are overwhelmed.
