This hotel is in a great location for Times Square. Has a very cute and lovely restaurant attached to it. The doors lock at a certain time and you can use your card to get in to it feels very safe. The room I had was very small, no view, looking out your window you will see the building itself and other guest windows. Elevator is small, there was no refrigerator or coffee pot in the room. The a/c worked wonderful. The staff were all very professional and friendly!

The rooms are disgusting, very disgusting. I paid 414 for a day. October 22 to 23, 2024 and not only did I get a room filled with bugs in the ceiling and around the bathroom walls, it was small, the bed frame was so sharp that I got cut twice. No heater in the room and the walls had water leakage. I stayed in 814, customers service ZER0000000. I couldn't even complain there were hardly people at the front desk. Only met on woman. She didn't even have on uniform and I didn't want to make a complain because I was scared as a woman staying by herself in a hotel like that. Couldn’t even take a shower

Good value right on Times Square.
Overall, it was a good value. My only real complaint was how squeaky the bed was every time I moved. It sounded like a chorus of mice were squeak squeaking underneath the bed.

horrible service, they gave us a room without AC, I called several times and no one came to check, they told me it was the only room available they had, the bathroom was very dirty and on top of that the housekeeping sHe opened the door to my room at 10:00am, where the check-up was at 12:00pm... very unhappy with that hotel

The images are not truly representative, The noisy from Times Square kept me up all night and it didnt stop. It was so loud as the windows were very thin panes, old wooden frames with no noise reducing qualities at all. Provided with some ear plugs (which weren't mentioned beforehand) which should tell you something about the noise. I understand Times Square is 24/7 busy and noisy but i expected more from the hotel. The lobby area is nice, nothing grand but pleasant, this does not represent the rest of the hotel. Our room was dirty, files coming up from drains in bathroom, dubious looking splashes on tiles behind the toilet, thick dirt and dust on windows, chewing gum stuck to wall and dirt and pubic hairs in the bedding. Told reception and took over an hour for someone to bring clean sheets, which i then had to fit. Someone came to put bleach in drain for the flies but didnt work and left white residue all over the shower and bathroom floor. The hotel spoilt a once in a lifetime trip for me and my mum! Utterly disappointed

The location was great and convenient, a few steps away from Time Square. The bed was very noisy, the metal bed frame squeaked at any movement. The room was bigger than expected. Body soap and shampoo available. Considering how expensive hotels are in that area, the price was good but you do not get much.
