The check-in process was simple and quick. The staff was courteous and pleasant. The room was clean and exceptional! They did a great job, renovating this building, and I would recommend this hotel to any one who will be staying in that area.

Great interior! Love the history and the classic charm! High ceilings were great and room was so spacious! The bathroom was great especially the shower/shower tiles! Exterior with streets were typical New York but would be nice if more care for the streets could be done! Also, more parking spaces would be more convenient! Overall, would recommend to anyone and will probably come back and stay again!

I like the employees professionalism, the lounge for the breakfast buffet, the breakfast. I don’t like the conditions of the surrounding area (in Bronx), which is not the fault of the hotel. Other than that, I was pleased with my stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Opera House Hotel. There are several stores, restaurants and a subway stop nearby. I walked from the hotel to a New York Yankees game. That walk takes about half an hour. Opera House Hotel has breakfast service each morning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Bronx!
