It was a lovely, quiet oasis directly across from the Bryant Park Winter Village. The focus is on the rooms and comfort, so the lobby is small and uncrowded, which I liked. Our room was a good size for Manhattan, and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

In general, overrated. Great location, friendly staff, nice lounge, but not worth the price due to overall functionality. Long wait for frequently out-of-order elevators, my “view” was of the HVAC unit on the Public Library roof, the room was quite drafty and chilly even when thermostat was set at 75, taps and shower took forever for water to heat up, poor lighting in the bathroom (although it improved slightly after the burned-out shower light was replaced on Day 4), no desk area, ergonomically poor furniture, and a few other annoying issues. Liked the filtered water offered on each floor. Overall, nice enough but overrated and overpriced.

Delightful Little Hotel
The hotel is beautiful. The room was comfortable, but NYC small. There was very limited space to unpack a suitcase (which we like to do when staying for several days). The bed was like a cloud! My husband & I both slept like babies every night. The staff were very friendly & accommodating. The lounge on the floor overlooks the Library & Bryant Park and has amazing cocktails. The hotel is in a great location! I would stay there again!

Solid hotel with large, clean rooms and helpful staff. The terrazzo on the 6th floor is a good place to work and have a coffee. Elevators are a little old and take a long time to come. Overall a very good stay. Can’t beat the location and it’s quiet if you stay on a higher floor.

We had a fabulous time at the Park Terrace Hotel. With so many choices in NYC its hard to make a decision however if you are looking to be central but not right in the heart of things this is a great choice. Walkable to sites and dining as well as right across from Bryant Park. The Christmas market was beautiful.
