The good very much outweighs the bad with this property. If we came to New York again we'd likely stay here again, but with a few caveats. Plus points are: - The location. You are within easy walking distance of all midtown attractions. Subway stops are close for further away activitities. - The 1 1 we stayed in was well equipped, very spacious and clean. The fittings are best described as worn in and sturdy. If you want ultra modern this is not the place for you, but it works and it's comfortable. - We found the staff really helpful and friendly. The negative side mainly revolve around the windows: - There is no real sound insulation. As we went out walking all day, and had a room high up, this wasn't a major issue but if you need quiet to sleep in then you can do better. - Aircon. The units mount in the windows (and there are small gaps, hence the noise issue). The units themselves are very noisy. Luckily, beyond trying them out, we didn't really need them as it was Autumn/Fall. In summary, I wouldn't stay in the appartments in hot weather where you have to rely on the aircon, as it'll be very noisy and probably not that cool. In cold weather, I'd ask if the windows are sealed up prior to booking as we could feel drafts thanks to the gaps around the aircon units, again, not an issue due to the outside temperature. At all other times, I'd stay here again like a shot. Overall, for New York, it's decent value and the adjoining pizza place is good too.

Very nice small hotel
We enjoyed staying in a small hotel; the staff were all courteous and friendly. We didn’t need extra services such as a spa or work out room, but we had a kitchenette in the room and that was a terrific bonus.

We had a group of 5 come to New York for a girls trip, and we could not have been happier with our stay at Radio City Apartments. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment, and having the living room and kitchen area was perfect to come back and have a few drinks at night or to have breakfast before heading out in the morning. You could hear the noise from the street, but we all commented on how it never kept us up at night. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the bathroom, and it had great shower pressure. There were a couple times where we had to wait on the elevator, but it was always when we were going down, so didn’t mind having to take the stairs then, and never had to wait on it to go up to our room. It was the perfect location, with Times Square at the end of our block to the left, and Rockefeller centre at the end of our block to the right, so we were able to walk everywhere and not have it be a very long walk. And I can’t say enough about the staff!! I had emailed with some questions before arriving, and Tina the Reservations Manager was always very quick to reply. Everyone working the front desk was so hospitable, kind and very helpful. The cleaning staff did a very good job as well! All in all, we were so pleased with this location and have already recommended it to all of our friends.

Convenient to have a kitchen for our 6 day stay. Staff was excellent. The facility appears to be upgrading its rooms. Ours was redone recently. We had to wait awhile to get hot water in the shower. The room didn’t have a way to adjust the temperature and was chilly at night. The location couldn’t be better for theater goers like us.

It was a nice hotel had a lot of areas to shop and go out for dinner and was very close to tourists attractions. The only issue I had was that my room the safe wasn’t functioning properly and wouldn’t punch in the numbers correctly and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my personal belongings in that safe but everything was great in the room.

My sister and I stayed for 6 nights in Queen Studio. Decor is a bit outdated. However, after frequent trips to NYC, we look for location, clean, good restaurants - can’t beat Radio City apts for these categories - 2 minute walk from heart of Time Square, great food choices everywhere, subway station minutes away. Staff were not overwhelming but always polite and professional. The unit was fully stocked with clothes storage and full kitchenette. There was a Food Emporium and CVS pharmacy just a few minutes walk to purchase supplies. The space is small but we were fine. The bed is into the wall on one side. This was not an issue for us but two people who had some mobility challenges (but not requiring accessible unit) may find this challenging. Likewise, the smaller space may not be comfortable for two travellers not overly familiar with each other. As two sisters who regularly travel together, it was fine. There was no in room safe which is a bit inconvenient. I believe we could have availed of the safe at the front desk if need be. Overall, we had a great experience here and would certainly consider returning.
