People were vaping and smoking constantly in front of lobby doors. It would even come into the lobby. Additionally, people were vaping in the hallways and sometimes would sit at the benches by the elevator, at all hours, doing it so it would smell like weed. My room was right by the elevator so at one point my room was a little smoky and I was worried there was a fire but it was just someone vaping. The ladies at the front desk, more often than not, acted irritated when you asked anything. Being close to the fire station, the window should be more sound proof. Some nights were worse than others which made it hard to sleep. I had to put on white noise to drown it out. Jalao was fabulous! The food and drinks were amazing.

Small rooms. No closet or iron. Woke up to find a roach crawling on the wall. The smoke alarm was covered by plastic wrap. Makes me wonder who was in there before. Inexpensive for NYC and close to public transportation. Not much else around. I wouldn’t go out at night!!

The view was spectacular. Loved being able to hear the city that never sleeps. Hotel room was small but very spacious. Bed comfortable and cozy. I also enjoyed the elevator art. Thank you for the stay!
