This hotel should be rated no higher than two stars, if not lower. The lobby feels extremely outdated. Although I was apparently given an upgrade, the room was terrible, dark, dirty, and with old furniture. I've noticed that when booking through Expedia, you often get assigned the worst rooms. Mine was on the 7th floor, by the restaurant, the hallway was dingy, dirty, and loud. It was also right next to the kitchen, which caused a lot of noise late at night and early in the morning. The front desk lady was rude and unprofessional. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in NYC.

It's a great location! We stayed here to see a show at Radio City Music Hall and it was amazingly close. We loved how close it was to food options at Rockefeller and shopping as well. Would definitely stay here again!

We were placed in a smaller room than we paid for. The room was extremely small, the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was tiny. I did not sleep the first night. The second night were moved to a much better room. I was finally able to sleep the second night.

Great staff below average room
The staff were really friendly, we did ask for a room with a view but got a courtyard room which was fine. The room we were given on the 6th floor was next to the elevator and the 6th floor is used as general restroom for hotel guests. So all guests that have not received their room key as yet would use this floor restroom. It was really quiet loud and made the overall experience average.

The hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining, Broadway theaters, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Times Square, and not too far from Central Park. The single queen bed room was small, which is not surprising for NYC, and the shower door leaked water all over the room. Overall, solid Midtown location and I would stay again.
