The customer service was lacking, and the hotel itself felt extremely outdated. The holiday decorations were underwhelming, and the restaurant hours were confusing. My room was barely cleaned; the shower was dirty and had hair in it, and the toilet was barely functional. To make matters worse, they charge for Wi-Fi. Overall, this place might work for a last-minute stay, but I would never stay here again.

Clean, nice hotel super close to Times Square
Service is hard to rate because the day we arrived it was a ZERO as there was nobody to help with our bags after a long day of traveling and we had multiple bags so it was a nightmare trying to get them to the room with just two of us. However, the rest of the trip was fine. Any time we asked for anything they were quick to help us. Be warned not all rooms have the couch you see online. Our room did not and that was a disappointment. The hotel is very close to Times Square so noise is an issue. If you are a light sleeper, you will hear noises even on high floors. It didn’t bother me as much as it did my daughter. The noise is a trade off for location. So many things are right within walking distance making it a great place. They don’t offer many food options which is very disappointing for a hotel this big. The restaurant has the best view but not much to offer. Very disappointing on days we were exhausted and just wanted to eat at hotel and go to bed. Overall I would highly recommend and would stay there again 100%.

Love the location of this hotel and the beds are so comfy! The one thing I would change is having the restaurant open for lunch too. The hours are confusing for breakfast - different times on different days and not clearly posted/found other than the sign at the entrance to the restaurant (not online /on website/ in room).

It was a nice hotel. It was clean room and spacious. It was a little noisy inside and outside the hotel. My room was near the elevator and I could hear people talking and could hear some noise like sirens. It was overall nice though.

The property could use a little updating. The rooms were fine with the exception of the lighting, the room was a little dark. The receptionist was nice and I was able to get into my room at 11:00 am which was wonderful.

Location, location, location! Right at north end of Times Square, so from the “R Lounge” coffee shop there’s a great view of the Square. Property is starting to show signs of aging, but staff were first-rate. It is a rather noisy location, so probably higher floor rooms are a bit more quiet.

This property is in a great location. They also give you a $35 dollar credit per day you get to use in the bar. You have to do a room charge to get the credit. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean!
