Good hearted people still exist in our world.
We had an amazing stay , staff and location is amazing. I would recommend it to anyone. But , besides the stay. We left valuables by accident in our hotel. The hotel staff and manager returned our goods and I absolutely amazed because a lot of times. It doesn’t turn out that way. There professional, respectful and friendly people showed the minute I walked in the door. Thank you Chris and your staff for reminding me there are people out there that still have morals and values and respect for others belongings. They had every opportunity to not even say anything. But , they choose to return our belongings back to us. Kudos to good people still in this world.

Great location for most things. Not too far from Times Square, Central Park and Broadway. Metro station close by. Hotel was very clean. Room was decent size. Looking a bit tired in places but overall a very nice place to stay.

Hotel in very convenient location - near theaters, time square, and multiple subway stops that make getting anywhere in Manhattan a breeze. Staff were nice and willing to help if asked. Bathroom vanity is small so difficult if needed to share space with others or you have a lot of bathroom stuff. Room struggled to cool below 70. We were near the elevators so, unfortunately, we heard a lot of noise throughout the night. Water pressure fairly poor in the shower. It was fine for what we needed but I don’t think anything stands out as particularly noteworthy other than being extremely convenient.

This is a newer establishment, previously a Hampton inn, but now with a new breath of life given to it. The staff was friendly, and the aesthetics were great. My only problem was my bed, our bed had a huge dip right in the middle of the bed, so my wife and I kept rolling into each other as we slept. And I won’t lie, I getting older so it messes with my back. Either way I would gladly stay here again.

We loved how close it was to everything, easy to walk to different areas of NYC, also close to the subway, the theatre, and many restaurants. It was clean and modern. The staff always had a smile and a welcome every time we were in and out of the lobby. The beds were comfortable and the windows in the room opened! It was a fantastic stay. We would definitely book there again.

I had an enjoyable stay at Romer Hell’s Kitchen. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, adding to the positive experience. Our room was spacious by New York City standards, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—right in the theatre/Broadway District and less than a 10-minute walk to Times Square and the Columbus Circle entrance of Central Park. While the hotel offers boutique decor, a very comfortable bed, and quality linens and pillows, it falls short of a true 4-star experience, lacking some amenities and features typically expected at that level. However, thanks to the welcoming staff and overall ambiance, it still stands above a standard 3-star, making a 3.5-star rating feel more appropriate. One minor issue was a non-working light fixture, which left the room slightly dim, especially since there was no overhead lighting. The resort fee includes a complimentary one-hour e-bike rental and a two-hour standard bike rental, a fantastic perk for those who want to explore the city.
