Perfect for exploring New York
Great location in the heart of New York which was a perfect base for exploring. The room was spacious and like being able to eat meals in the lobby. Missed a kettle in the room but apart from that the perfect hotel in Nee York!

Glad I stayed here this time around. Significantly better than other hotels I’ve been at around time square. Friendly staff. The only thing this place is missing is a gym but I know space is tight around there.

Good location, acceptable facility.
Cute centrally located hotel. Rooms seemed to be fairly spacious especially for New York. Tiny bathroom with peeling paint and dated fixtures. The room lacked a lot of amenities that you would expect in a similarly priced hotel. The check in experience was challenging and made more difficult but a very unpleasant and rude employee who repeatedly whined 'I want to go home.' Overall stay was fine but for the price you can probably find a place where the staff don't make you feel like you're an inconvenience for simply being there.

Excellent property that has large modern rooms and a fantastic location within a short walk from attractions such as Times Square, all Broadway theatres, Central Park along with plenty of eating options. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice property, great location and reasonable rates. Will definitely stay at Romer Hells Kitchen Hotel again in the future.
