The location was great and convenient, the issue was one of our rooms that we requested double beds was not available and we had to wait which was an inconvenience, but the staff was very helpful and the rooms were good space.

Pro-Large rooms. Cons- Staff gave misleading information. Was not informed about destination tax. Only 2 bottles complimentary water. Beds were too high, needed stool to get in to bed. No fridge in the room. Staff didnt hoover the room daily. Not the best hotel.

The check I. Liken was aboyy75 people long, the lobby was disorganised and loud and hectic. The too Had a shower that was flooothe bathroom. The duvet was old and scratchy. The curtain was br. The street noise was very loud. The staff however were wonderful and made the best out of a bad situation.

Our second time staying at this location. We do like the area if you plan to visit Broadway and Central Park. I don't like that they want to charge for Wi-Fi and the $32 a day tax on top of room charges.

Location of this hotel is great. Rooms are smaller than average hotels, front desk ladies are not friendly. Hotel charge you extra $30 per day that you can use at the restaurant, no way to avoid this. I will not stay in this hotel again because it looks a little old.

Horrible checks in took hours with only 2 staff on a Friday evening. There are 50 floors and tons of rooms. How could the management not plan any better. Also there is a « resort fee » they will charge.
