Bath room is too small, even for one person. The shower door allows water to leak out on to the floor. There is no hand held shower head. Window faced dirty dark alley. This room not for anybody to stay. Great disappointment.

If you want to stay in a closet, this is your hotel. Yes it is close to Times Square but the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and I STAY in hotels a lot. Bathroom was tiny. Couldn’t use toilet unless you shut the door. Had to walk sideways at bottom of bed just to get to other side. No room for empty suitcases. Just to open the refrigerator you had to move suitcases. My master closet at home is almost bigger than this room. As a Titanium Elite member I asked if all rooms are this small and they said yes

Perfect for what we needed.
Room was small but we knew that upfront. It worked for us as we planned on being out of the room for the most part. Great location, very clean, comfortable bed. Included breakfast looked good, although we did not partake. My only disappointment is that I was hoping for and requested a view that the photo shows for a corner King bed. That did not happen. Would stay here again.

Chose this hotel due to its location & it was perfect. Time square at the end of the road so very convenient for all the theatres which is what we wanted. 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest tube. Breakfast was average & nothing exciting, however hot & cold food with choices to suit taste. Staff very helpful & friendly, foyer/reception clean & tidy. Lifts with room key access a good idea for security. Rooms were cosy with little room for cases but the bed was very comfortable, no external noise noted. Bathroom cosy/functional but lovely walking shower. Overall a lovely hotel & we would stay here again if back in the city.

We were in town for an event a couple of doors down from the hotel. The other hotel where the event was taking place didn't have good reviews for room cleanliness and so we picked Springhill. Only one night stay, but very pleasant. Room was small, but efficient and clean. Comfortable bed. Room had microwave and fridge which was a nice surprise. A little bit of wait to check-in and then waiting for the elevator, but nothing extreme. Staff was courteous and apologized for the wait. We didn't make it to breakfast, but the room is downstairs in the basement level and it wasn't very inviting. We would happily stay again.

Hotel is small and clean, excellent location -among theatres and 2 steps from Times Square. Staff is friendly, helpful. Simple but good breakfast is included. Rooms are clean, good, not tired, but tiny. I was with daughter-teenager, both slim:) Couldn't fit bathroom together:) But for 1-2 persons and short term it is great. We have 2 big queen beds, so probably it can be for 3-4 persons, especially with children. But you will not have enough room in standard room. In many bathrooms two-3 people can brush their hair or teeth -here not:) Only one person. Otherwise hotel is friendly, clean, positive. Location is ideal, a lot of great caffe and restaurants around -we loved French bakery (middle-high price) and Italian pizza place (low-middle price), both in 2 steps to the right when leaving hotel. Musical Hampton and some others -in front of hotel. We chose Wicked - 5 minutes to walk. Easy walk to Central park, stores of 5th avenue, etc.
