Great hotel, it was beautiful. View from our room was great. At 4 pm our room was not ready, we were told to check back in 10 minutes. We did check back and it was still not ready so we had to take a different room. Was not happy about this but everything else was great.

Great location, everything was in walking distance. Hotel was nice, clean, staff was great. Rooms were small, not alot of room to put luggage or sit. Only had two mirrors and both were in bathroom(one inside and one on door). Overall stay was good.

If you want to stay directly in times square with all the chaos happening just below your feet, this is the place for you. Convenient walking distance to wherever you want in Manhattan. The lobby is on the 11th floor. Our room was on the 40th, high enough to be above the noise of the square. Comfy bed and pillows. Quiet. No complaints.

Despite being in the heart of Times Square, the property was surprisingly quiet - I could hear cars honking but no crowd or people noise. The bed was SO comfortable and the room was very clean. I loved the automatic blinds - both a blackout shade and a more transparent shade. I loved my stay here, despite hating the Times Square area :)

New property with comfortable and quiet rooms. The room was very well laid out with a large bathroom with excellent lighting. Beds were comfortable and the common area is very nice. Walking distance to Bryant Park. Recommend if you wish to stay in Time Square.

Excellent hotel, security and service. Right in the thick of things in Times Square. Nice view of the area. Had issues with getting key cards to the room that worked. Called the front desk a couple of times and no one answered. Because of the location loud music, cars and noisy crowds can be heard into the wee hours of the morning. Given the cleanliness, state of the art amenities and closeness to so many things I would stay there again.
