The staff was very friendly and accommodating, however the hotel itself is very outdated. The rooms are small even with two full beds and the amenities are also limited. The bathrooms are tiny and overall giving a dirty kind of “old” vibe. However, it is very convenient and very close to Times Sqaure and multiple subway stations.

Staff was friendly and efficient, the room was much more spacious and had all the amenities you would need, and it is conveniently located. Close to Times Square, but not too close.

I liked the location of this hotel. It was close to many main attractions in NYC. The staff was super helpful and kind. The room was fairly clean but they was some hair stuck to the shower wall. Also the shower was trying to flood the bathroom as the curtain didn't contain the water well.

No breakfast available, even for purchase ! Long waiting time for elevator! The mattress of the bed needs to be replaced! On the first night, the sheets seemed to have been used already by the previous occupants ! The water, hot and cold, doesn’t mix well in shower The TV in the room is outdated!

They did a nice job renovating an old building just enough to keep them current. The elevators and bathtubs could use a little updating, but other than those, we haven't stayed in better for the money. Thumbs up!

The AC was a wall unit. Was so loud, so I could not sleep in the night. I could not even watch the TV, because the AC was louder than the TV. I told to the front desk about this issue, and the manager told me that I have to pay estra $80 per night if I want to chage the room to a different one. Horerible stay at this hotel. Also, the wait to the elevator was allways long.

Convenient location for theatre district. Daily maid service which is becoming uncommon. Helpful staff, particularly doormen. No coffeemaker in rooms, coffee only available from 7-10am and is instant. No concierge.

Great location. Easy walk to theaters yet just far enough away from the hubbub. Room was clean and not cramped like many NYC hotels. Daily housekeeping was offered. Easy checkin/out. Elevators were fast. Price was competitive. Will absolutely stay at this hotel upon my next visit to NYC.

Recently renovated hotel with the flavor of Old New York that is walking distance to Broadway without any of the craziness of Time Square. Also very easy to get cab or ride share (or subway) at front door of hotel or within a couple of blocks. Very friendly and helpful staff too!

The Belvedere hotel is a convenient location for the things we were interested in doing. It’s close to broadway and time square and subway stations. It’s a small art deco hotel which is nice compare to the sterile newer hotels. I didn’t care for the toiletries that were provided. They were difficult to use. Also there are no coffee makers in rooms. You have to go to the lobby for coffee. The elevators were very slow.
