We had a beautiful room the first night but dealt with terribly loud construction on the street below. We told the front desk and they graciously moved us to another room. The staff was friendly and professional. Great location! We would definitely stay there again.

Californians visit New York.
It was a small room but clean with Modern decor. The mini fridge does not have a freezer which would have been helpful and necessary. They did however place some ice packs in a freezer in the managers office 2 days before the flight home. Staff very friendly and courteous. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, shops and Rockefeller center etc.

Very quiet - only a few rooms per floor. Even though the property was sold out during our stay, it didn't feel crowded at all. The outdoor terraces are great places to gather for downtime or enjoy a take-out meal. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was AMAZING! We'll definitely be staying at this property on our next trip to NYC.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. The room was big and the bathroom perfect. They don't clean the rooms every day. You have to request service and they only do it if they can. It is not garatied. We stayed 3 nights and they cleaned once because we requested.

Giving this hotel 5 stars across the board. Fannie assisted us in getting checked in and provided helpful information such as cleaning service schedules and nearby restaurants. The room is spacious enough (we had 3 trolley luggages) and the bathroom bidet is awesome. The hotel is located in a street between 5th Avenue and Madison -- quiet enough yet still walkable to the main shopping areas. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the hotel. :)
