Being only 500 yards away from grand central is so convenient. You literally just walk off the tracks and you are there. Also its nice being in a hotel with a long established 50+ year history. Many of these boutique style hotels switch management/hotel groups every few years.

It was really easy to check in. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The bar upstairs is really easy to find, and has beautiful views. Kids are allowed upstairs. There is valet parking, or you can park you own vehicle in underground park right around the corner from hotel. It is not free, it cost ahout $65 a night. Had a great stay will return. Easy access to so many different stores and activies you cant go wrong.

My family and I loved it. Quiet rooms which is not nothing when in busy Park Avenue. Loved the japanese toilets :) The staff was really welcoming and helpful.
