Not the friendliest staff who probably missed the customer service module during their training. Also no WiFi available. I have stayed here multiple times and while the staff issue persists, this was by far the least favorable experience. If it it wasn’t so convenient…

Property was centrally located and easy walking distance to Times Square and lots of restaurants. My only complaint is we heard the elevator groan every time it was used. The elevator shaft must have been right next to our room and must be very old and in need of service. No coffee available in the room, only in the lobby for a fee. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The photos are incredibly misleading! The carpet in the room was absolutely disgusting! The duvet cover even had a stain on it. The bathroom was straight out of the 80s and looked somewhat institutional (i.e., jail—stainless steel sink?). The shower was old and dated. The lobby was a joke, and the front desk looked miserable. The only thing positive about this hotel was the location. This place was equivalent to a Holiday Inn at best.

The hotel very basic yet expensive Rooms need updating One lift not working other very small ,dirty and did not fell reliable , hard to call. Staff at reception not friendly very abrupt and wanted to take extra money from me which I’m yet to see if I get back , reluctant to give receipt

The only reason to stay here is the location. It is dated, worn and absolutely basic. The carpet stains, the stains on the fabric headboards…the basic sheets, I mean really we weren’t expecting perfection but this was a disappointment still.

We Informed the hotel that water had been leaking from the bathroom ceiling all night and was still leaking. They simply said “sorry”. We had paid $550 per night!

I was at the hotel For nearly a month as my wife had to be at Sloan Kettering. The staff was always outstanding and helpful. They felt like family when we left….especially the brothers who ran the convenience shop. Thanks to all.

Room was nice size, but it smelt as if they were housing the homeless. I asked for the bare minimum (an air freshener of sorts) and nothing was provided. Would not stay here or recommend the place.
