It was fine. Location is great, room was clean. Staff was helpful. Elevator was super noisy, but fortunately asked for a room away from it and could only hear it a little. The only perk is decent wifi, apart from that there’s nothing. Coffee? It’s for sale for $4-6 in the lobby. Seems like coffee would be an easy thing to include when paying manhattan hotel prices, but you won’t get it at the Shoreham. I don’t know where that outside patio photo in their promo materials was taken, I never found it.

Horrendous. Arrived at 5:30pm and room not ready. Never before and never again. They took $60 off. Stay away from this place. Room was tired and dirty. Staff could instruct guests that the elevator buttons are 6ft away from the small elevator, one of which was broken.

The place was alright! But makes sense that you get what you pay for and this was one of the economical options which are hard to come by in NY. For me, it was the location. Lots of restaurants, bars and Central Park at walking distance.

This was a place that did the job but not much more than that. The carpets have odd stains, the walls have skid spots and the paint is chipping. The staff however is lovely and they do try to make you comfortable.

The room was comfortable and clean. The chair and couch in the room were old and could use replacing. Overall the staff was wonderful and I would recommend this property.
