Highly disappointed stayed the day after Christmas till December 31.Hotel restaurant was closed 2 days in a row bartender called out I especially stayed to this location so when I wanted coffee , quick bite or drink it would be here Customer service zero the past few days Sat Dec 28th called 3 times for house keeping they arrived at 5:30. No towels nothing was ready. When you spend $300 a night you expect decent service. Very very disappointed in the stay here.

Overall my stay was good. The check in process was difficult but the representative eventually was able to resolve my issue. I was surprised that the incidental fee was $250 but my biggest concern was the $60 fee for parking. Fortunately we were able to find street parking. The room was ok but There was only one bath towel. The heat worked well and for one night I can’t complain.

Pretty bad honestly. Was asked for more tips from the bellman, then front desk hangs up my phone before I get to finish my sentence. Front desk even sent me to the wrong room with other residents in it. Worst part is that I booked and paid on expedia already, but was told that I haven't paid for it, and still ask me to pay at front desk. Now I'm still waiting for my refund. Do not live here unless you have a better choice! There are mariott and hilton around this hotel and I believe they are both way better options. I wish I've spent more money for better experience.
