Check in employee who assisted with giving us our room key was extremely rude and was not accommodating at all. We had booked a 3 person room but only 1 bed was provided. Upon booking the trip the room accommodations strictly Mentioned a king bed pull out. When we asked about the pull out front desk said impossible and we were expected to pay for it. Needless to say the customer service was extremely unacceptable.

This was a great location for time square. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very convenient for Broadway and visiting Times Square. Staff were helpful. A couple weird things…The bathroom washroom door slides open and closed and no lock, so not great for privacy. Also, the destination fee is 35USD tax a day. While they give you complimentary food service for 35USD, it’s use it or lose it and the hotel restaurant was very expensive. Just good to know the extra fees. But overall, would go back!
