This was a busy weekend in Manhattan and hard to find a hotel room. The hotel was management well. The staff was friendly. Accommodations were good. Lines at the restaurant, front seat and elevators were minimal. Buffet breakfast is complete and very hardy.

The front desk team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They handled every request with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness, making our check-in and stay seamless and stress-free. The breakfast area was equally impressive. Despite hosting a large number of guests each morning, the staff managed to serve everyone with remarkable grace and speed.
