The hotel room was clean, nice, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel staff is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The ambiance here is always inviting. The location is also just perfect for a walk around the city or public transportation.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgable especially Simran. Quiet and convenient. My room has a microwave and fridge - perfect for my Uber Eats and great entertainment on the TV I highly recommend

Overall, a very good hotel that isn't overly expensive compared to other options. I arrived at the hotel around 1:30am (due to a late Amtrak train). I didn't interact with the front desk staff that much although he was nice. The hotel room itself is pretty clean and everything functioned as expected. I don't have any major complaints in that regard. The big plus with this hotel is its location — relatively close to WTC but it's also steps away from a subway station (Rector St. stations with access to the 1/R/W lines, which runs 24/7).

I really wanted to like this hotel, since this was an affordable hotel but If I knew the quality would have been this bad, I would have simply made a reservation at a more expensive hotel. First and worst, the key card I was given would never work and I was always up and down asking to fix my card. They simply did not care how I was there a various amount of times trying to get my key card fixed. That was the most unpleasant and annoying experience I have ever had in a hotel. Second, there was visible black mold in the shower, there were wall tiles that were broken and Im sure violate several codes and regulations. I also noticed that was unidentifiable and disgusting stuff on the kitchen sink and the sink was in terrible condition. Third, but I found it good I guess? I had set up my hotel room to have the "do not disturb" sign on my door because I did not want anyone entering my room when I had my valuables inside. There was no safe, there was no security box where I can assure my belongings would be safe. They did issue me new towels and threw away the garbage, thats nice I guess, I just was so annoyed to see they did not respect the "do not disturb" sign on the door. Lastly, I paid for a VIP standard room with "city view" along with $15 in hotel credits, but all I got was a room with a view pointing towards a building and when I did go to the lobby to hopefully use these "$15 credits", I was told they didn't exist and just disappointed me. Great location, bad hotel..

Nothing fancy, very good experience,

Location is great! The bathroom was fully renovated, the bedroom floor doesn’t have tile or carpet, it’s just concrete that doesn’t look pretty but it’s clean! Service was good! The place matches the price I paid and It was very good.
