The only down side is our room’s heater didn’t work so they had space heaters. I didn’t mind nor did I complain because I like to sleep with it cold but my sister froze. They replaced towels daily and toilet paper when we ran out with extra if we needed it. Remember there are no microwaves nor coffee makers in these rooms. They are super spacious for NYC. Rooms were clean, staff were sweet and it was super quiet. Beds are comfy. We would stay again! Convenient short walk to dining and transportation. On a side note, our room was wired funky so in order to turn the bathroom light on you had to turn the hall/entrance light on so at night we would just walk in the dark to not disturb each other. Overall it was great especially for the price we paid. I was nervous as some of the more recent reviews weren’t so nice. We had no issues. (You do need to ask for washcloths) Also, we arrived super early and the held our luggage for free so that was convenient as well.

Great location and large rooms. Front desk was very helpful, housekeeping was very responsive for ice and extra towels. I suggest in room coffee machine, drinking glasses and a box of tissue paper to be added to the room.
