The room was really small but it was clean and cozy. Good walking distance from Times Square, just dress warm. The restaurant was the highlight for me. The food was really good. It’s a good social atmosphere.

The property is really tired. Everything in the room was scuffed, dirty, or mildewed. There were perpetually people smoking outside. I would not recommend it to anyone.

First impressions are always important, staff at the front desk don’t give you a warm welcome at all. Barely even willing to make eye contact and continuing conversations with colleagues whilst you wait to be looked after. Staff who take care of the bags were great. Room had a very strong smell of weed one evening, someone in a nearby room clearly smoking. When mentioned to staff the impression was tell someone who actually cares and nothing they can do. Rooms fine, although someone expecting to be in Times Square will be disappointed. Fortunately we didn’t want to be and picked it due to its convenient location

This is a fun property. Run by technology, it was interesting checking ourself in and watching the luggage arm work. The rooms are full of that new technology that we've learned to embrace. We enjoyed our stay and most definitely be back.

I love the Yotel concept, small and convenient. Automated checkin is so easy. The room was clean and compact and feels like a space capsule. Love it. As for the surroundings, who likes the Times Square area? It’s so crowded and smelly.
