Parking for hotel very tight and very limited. Accomodates about 12 cars. When asked if there was additional parking, hotel attendant said no that it was the only parking. Suspect there was more but attendant didn't know or share.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was very disappointed with this hotel. I checked in to the hotel around 4pm. I washed my hands and found the sink was clogged. I reported the problem to the front desk but was told every room is like this. Well, my friend’s sink was draining fine. Later I learned that they don’t have a maintenance person on site. Adding to the poor ratings was the noise from people above my room. The movement they were making such as walking around created loud noises in late night and early morning and the floor was creaking too. It really disturbed my sleep.

We drove over 6 hours for a funeral and it wasn’t easy to find. We didn’t know where to park,it’s not clear and the entrance had a restaurant attached, that was not open for food, for the 3 days we were there. we had to ask people next door, how to get in the hotel because its not clearly marked and you have to walk your heavy bags all the way around the building, in through the front entrance, to get to an elevator. That needs some attention. There was a horrible odor through the parking lot and all through the hotel. The hotel itself, was clean and the room nice but the refrigerator did not stay cold. It was set to 50 degrees and the odor of the rugs permeated everything. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower and toiletries.

Great location near train station and restaurants. Front desk staff don’t seem to know about hospitality or else they hate their jobs and it shows. Breakfast and cleaning staff are good.

This is a great place to stay that is centrally located to everything you want to do in Westfield. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The accommodations are comfortable and the carpet on the floors on the first floor levels is super cushy! I don’t know if I will need to go back to Westfield but if I do, I will for certain stay here again.
