The second shift girl at the desk was awesome. The bartender/waiter/cook all in one awesome. Then came the morning called the front desk for a bout 4 1/2 minutes no answer. TV not working Breakfast bar had NOTHING…no jelly scrambled eggs wheat bread and only 5 slices of white bread no bananas no cream cheese I felt bad for the girl doing breakfast manger was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND nor the front desk agent. This was a waste of money very poorly ran CHOICE LOOK AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!

Something that was very unique was the staff very nice and helpful. I had left my iPad and they held it for me and I was able to pick it up at the end of my trip.

Very clean, new, modern inside. Nice views in breakfast/dinner/bar room. Rooftop outdoor seating also. Beds great. Only lacking handheld shower attachment and grab bars inside shower. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff does a great job. Looks like you are entering a jail outside because the lot is secu r ed for airport parking. We would stay again.

Hotel was great, no restaurants nearby but the hotel restaurant, bar was very good, great food at a decent price. Free breakfast was very good as well. Very well kept hotel, modern in all respects.

When the shuttle bus driver tells you don't be out here walking after dark and the front staff say there is no place within walking distance to eat and ski the dishes does not service the area, it makes you wonder why this hotel is located where it is, in the middle of an industrial run down area, Expedia you should be ashamed for promoting this hotel, hotel itself was fine just not a fan of where it is located

Quite comfortable for our stay, as we were flying out of Newark to North Carolina the next day. The free breakfast was okay but the sunrise view of the city from the breakfast room was spectacular!!

Surprisingly, the room was very nice considering staying in that part of the city. The staff that worked the front desk very nice. The cook on the ninth floor not so much. He may need to rethink his career choice But the bartender was very nice and apologetic. Overall my stay was very nice would stay there again
