Hotel Building wise not a issue but I have faced very big problem of we got locked out of the hotel room due to Lock lost Battery and was not repaired for an about of 3-4 hours in the wee hours of Morning restroom usage time! When came back after breakfast, door is not responding... to determine we have run 3-4 times up and down thinking Key issues! But it was lock had battery issues for that hotel front desk took 3-4 hours to fix it with multiple calls and reaching to them! There was no sorry or courtesy to us by front desk for the issues/troubles we are going with! I want my money back for the trouble we took staying with that silly hotel!
