We had a room right behind the elevator so I heard it all night. We had to wake up at 3:00. A.m.. and we also had a baby with us. Also, I believe they should have more than one airport shuttle. There was a long line to to wait and it was first come first serve. Thankfully I was able to hop on with my baby and my husband was able to get our bags on. It was very difficult and chaotic. The food at the restaurant was very good. And the chickens staff was very friendly and they were able to get me a crib for my child.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel , and overall, I would rate it 4 stars. The hotel is in an excellent location, with easy access to both the city and New York City. It’s close to major highways, making travel to and from the airport quick and hassle-free, which is always a plus for travelers. The commute into Manhattan was surprisingly easy, and I appreciated the proximity to public transportation options. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. My room was comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. While the decor was somewhat standard, everything was functional, and the room had a nice view of the surrounding area. Great gym 24/7 eats

Very clean and great amenities. I would recommend not charging parking. That seems greedy. I’m already paying $160 and you’re gonna tack on another $20 just for my car??? Had I realized that ahead of time I wouldn’t have come. But otherwise nice experience

The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel is ugly it looks like docks area and you can’t walk anywhere because there is nothing around. But other than that it was a good stay.
