Apparently housekeeping likes to keep all the drawers and stuff open that way you know you can use them. Lol. We checked in but didn't check the room til the next day and much to our surprise, it looked like someone was trying to look for something in the room. Was just weird. Regarding parking, the meter wasnt working for 2 days and they still somehow expected us to have a ticket to get out.

The property had all the necessities required, however my complaint is how it wasn't obvious to me that parking wasn't included (~$21!). I had only become aware of the parking fee upon arrival (and not when booking) at the property. If it wasn't for the fact that it was late & our party was exhausted, we would've left based on that false advertising! Besides that, staff was friendly and accommodating as possible.

The floor of our room was sticky and dirty, (most likely it was never moped properly). The screws of the main door was missing (safety issues). Bathroom knob was loose and can’t be locked. Elevator was stuck on the 9th floor.

When I arrived at the hotel it was 20 minutes past midnight the receptionist told me that, the one bedroom that I have booked isn’t available and they gave me a two bedroom, and when I asked them how a booked and a paid for room is sold, they answered that I booked with Expedia and not with the hotel and I can cancel the reservation if I want to. Thank to Expedia

great for an overnight stay , close to airport and free shuttle bus, unlike many airport hotels the Food and Beverage was reasonably priced and had an option of a 24hr cafe with good light food as an option to the restaurant. last time i stayed at another close by hotel for similar money and it was no competition to this hotel. i will defiantly stay again.

I Really Enjoyed Our Stay At Holiday inn Matias And The Staff Was Friendly, And Professional Room Was Nice And Bed Very Comfortable. Definately Will Visit Again.
