Our third time staying here! This time we were “Room of the day!” We walked into sparkling water, snacks and a beautiful card! Kawana the manager was so helpful in so many ways! We will be back in January for our next trip! Highly recommended!

I was surprised at the level of professionalism and service this hotel presented There were minor issues like the scary elevators. You can see the bath soap is being watered down. I was happy purchasing the 20 breakfast, the breakfast was hot and tasty.

This was the worst holiday I've ever experienced. There was no water fountain, no microwave in the rooms or lobby to heat food, and the elevator was out of order. The restroom was dirty, and there were roaches everywhere.

Great location if you’re traveling and need a hotel close by the airport.. there’s a lot of commotion/ noise . I do not recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing , quiet stay.

Take the review with a grain of salt because it’s an airport circle hotel but it was pretty disappointing. Curtains on the room were ripped off so the sun blasting in at 445am, towels in the room were dirty, sandwich from the store was ready for the compost bin. On the positive side, free shuttle from EWR, breakfast was fantastic and the bed was super comfortable.
