Great site; communication problems
I booked this hotel for my son and his partner over Christmas. Great hotel, excellent staff - that was all just fine. The only problem I had was that the hotel didn’t have any record of the booking two weeks after I’d booked and paid for it. The VRBO hosts didn’t respond to any chat communications and, when I called them, they said they’d get back to me, but never did. I contacted VRBO, they got a response from the hosts who did then straighten out the reservation with the hotel. So, it all worked out, but communication with the host was non-existent and their error produced a lot of stress until it was worked out.
