This is the worst hotel i stayed till now. They dont offer any room service and we happened to use the same towels for 3 days. Room wasnt clean, bathrooms were also not clean. No room service provided during our stay. They had kne ovem and when we opened to heat food we felt like we did a grave mistake. Oven was in such a bad condition. Overall i wont recommend this hotel / motel to anyone

Place was dirty, hair on the bed,stains on sheets. Run down , place was falling apart and disgusting! Complete dump hole, shower did not work properly, only cold water, id would have complained but it would not matter anyway because the guy couldnt hear me behind the bullet proof glass in the lobby anyway Stay in the south bronx youd be happier!!

Zero stars is the true review. Pictures are not accurate! Shady neighborhood, mattresses outside the rooms, broken stairs & railing, bathroom door doesn’t close because the toilet is in the doorway! Dirty, everything leaks, burn marks on hardwood floor, drug sales all night long.

property was close to the airport. 1) tv dint work, called front desk, promised to send someone right away, no one came. didn't have tv my entire stay. 2) tiles loose at the fridge area. 3) door terrible state, need painting. 4) there is a large space between door and frame, insects, and cold air can come in easily. 5) i will like to be refunded for that stay, the room did not worth the money

We could not find out how to use a shower to have a water. It is very outdated. Needs a lot of repair. The stuff told us that we should pulled the nob out in the shower, we should not to try something like that to have a water in the shower.

There was a mouse in my room, but the staff gave me a nicer room without fuss. It’s a motel 6, can’t expect much but the area is very sketchy, it’s right next to a bar/club, and well… it’s New Jersey. Even still, won’t be going back if I can help it.
