Clean, quiet, comfortable & close to Times Square
Had an amazing stay in refreshed hotel just steps away from Times Square. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and larger than others in this part of town. The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommend!

The only thing I liked about this Hotel was it was in a quiet area and near a grocery store so we could walk to get food from deli. We had little bugs flying in our room, no one ever came as front desk stated and we woke up at 7:00am because front desk said someone would be there beteeen 8am and 5pm and we would have to leave room (no one came for bugs). We did leave room when they came to clean it, but maid new nothing about bugs. When we returned to room toilet handle was broke so they made us switch rooms (no maintenance person on facility). For the cost of hotel, they dont have any accomadations such as breakfast and they didnt have restrauant where you can eat. They did have a bar that opens at 5pm. The 4days i was stuck at hotel w/grandson not one time did i see anyone in bar. The bar does serve cheese and margharita pizza (taste terrible threw away and we wont talk about cost). We had to Uber food each day. I had no choice on hotel since our flights were cancelled and all hotels were full due to weather. I would not stay there again. Grandson and i came home with bites. If you stay at hotel bugs are notice at night when light are turned on. Grandson killed about 23 bugs before we decided to just shut off all lights.

I stay at this property regularly I was a bit disappointed this time as the room had a fishy odor when I first walked in . Don’t know why the rooms are always very clean and comfortable was just this time not sure if previous guests ate fish inside room but it definitely did smell like fish. I considered going to front desk and asked to be switched but decided to stay .

Stuck in the area after our flight was canceled and we were able to get a room here. Modern decor, quiet rooms, well functioning and quiet A/C. Front desk person was very polite and efficient despite having a large group of people showing up at the same time. Got to the bar before they closed and the bartender was friendly too.
