Relaxing stay

Comfy stay in a nice setting

Pros: Privilege room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was a self-service buffet which was not replenished fast enough for demand, so many cooked items were unavailable.
My partner and I stayed here for a wedding taking place elsewhere. The hotel is comfy, a little out of the way but the surroundings are pleasant and peaceful. Staff were friendly, and our room (a privilege room) was large and clean, with good facilities.

Great countryside hotel

Fantastic location in the middle of the countryside. Lovely restaurant and great cooked-to-order breakfast while we watched the pheasants walking about the lawns. It is a bit of faded-splendour, but we had a very enjoyable short stay.
