Check in was not easy as they emailed that the reception was open until 6pm and on arrival at 4pm it was closed. The room was dusty and there is evidence of leaky shower in the main bedroom. I also believe they have overcharged me, I am still following up on this as it was booked last financial year, but this is an extra expense I was not prepared for. There was only a frypan and no pots for cooking and dishwasher was not working

Property was understaffed and therefore left standing on the footpath while the receptionist/manager made their way down from cleaning rooms. She was also quite rude implicating that I was impacting her ability to complete her duties. It was suggested that I do not call for any further assistance. Room had no towels.

The bed was comfortable and the whole unit was very clean and resourced well with equipment, toiletries and washing powder both for sink, dishwasher and washing machine. Reception was great and easy. I would have to say that parking can be a bit tricky in a bigger car. Besides that, it is an awesome place to stay.

Jodie in reception made check in easy and hassle free. She also helped me upon check out by giving me a little extra time as I fell unwell during my stay. The apartment was lovely and clean with a great balcony and located close to bars and restaurants.

It is dated with odd pieces of furniture. There was also a tv bracket on the wall in the main bedroom however no tv. Also there was no handle to open or lock the balcony door.

The unit was in very poor condition, couldn’t lock sliding door, handle broken, carpet filthy, holes in both bathroom and bedroom walls. Cupboards and drawers broken in kitchen. Only positive was roomy unit, plenty of storage. Furniture in disrepair. Would not stay here again.

Like to be close to rail. Appartment 85 Need a few fixes and better floor covering (dilapidated carpet) would help beds were clean appliances usable Else there is not much to say for a short stay. Parking is crammed for my standard in the basement.

No one attended to welcome, waited 45 min to check in. No apologies. No one to communicate. When you know that guest check in time is 2 pm , then why no one at the reception counter. Very disappointing as we travelled 300 km and we are already tired and exhausted.
