The modern chef's kitchen is a true masterpiece, fully equipped with high quality Siemens appliances – pyrolytic oven, compact oven with microwave, warming drawer, induction cooktop, dishwasher and Smeg stainless steel double door fridge and freezer.
The Beach House can accommodate 10 guests throughout 4 bedrooms, three complete with automated Somfy roller blinds, and all with built-in wardrobes and fresh, crisp linen, towels, beach towels.
The spacious master bedroom is a tranquil haven, offering ample space for rest and relaxation. Complete with a luxurious Queen size bed, this space is designed with comfort in mind, featuring modern touches and plenty of natural light - the perfect escape after a long day of exploration. With direct access to the stunning oceanfront views and front deck, and an added luxe ensuite.
The second bedroom also features a comfortable Queen size bed. Its a warm and inviting space provides a comfortable setting with a welcoming feel. You’ll be able to enjoy restful nights with the calming ambiance and soft natural light.
The third bedroom offers 4 single beds, in the form of two bunks. With an included wall-mounted TV, perfect for those added friends and family.. or an amazing space for the kids!
The fourth and final bedroom is located separately to the main property, and features a comfortable King-size bed, split-system air-conditioning and additional built-in storage space.
The main bathroom is incredible - featuring a large freestanding bath tub, walk-in luxury shower and spacious vanity - with plenty of storage!
The second living area is perfect for the kids, complete with large wall-mounted Smart TV, they can watch kids entertainment to their hearts' content!
Arrive home after a long day across the road at the beach and cook up a storm on the outdoor BBQ and enjoy an ice cold drink straight out of the outdoor bar fridge. Or, return home from a beautiful morning of surfing, store your board on the in-built surfboard rack and take a refreshing cool or relaxing hot shower under the private outdoor shower.
Relax in the in-ground Vortex Mercury 5 seater spa, featuring twin ergonomic loungers with foot massagers and up to 46 rejuvenating jets, including targeted neck, shoulder, and foot jets for a full-body relaxation experience. Carefully built and installed to include a direct view of the beach while relaxing!
The separate, private backyard is perfect for the kids.. complete with built-in jungle gym, pristine green lawns and lush greenery.

Check in is available from 3pm, with check out at the standard 10am.
We offer the flexible option of self-check-in and ease of communication to ensure the process is as simple as can be.

There is space for a two cars in the driveway, as well as on street parking.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Outs
We understand how holidays, work trips and family or friend get togethers work and how travel can be tricky. We are happy to attempt to accommodate requests for early check ins and late check outs but, it is all about communication, so please advise in your booking request if you would like us to consider this. If we have not discussed early arrival or the possibility of you checking out late we will proceed with business as usual…which includes our cleaners arriving bright and early.
No Parties/Events
We want you to enjoy your stay but we also respect our neighbours and wish to keep noise to a minimum. Please ensure normal quiet hours are followed, between 10pm - 7am
Guests are required to wash, dry, and put away all crockery, cutlery, glasses and mugs, utensils, pots and pans etc prior to checking out. Additional cleaning charges will be applied if this is not done.

Rules for the fur babies:
We know you want to bring your furry family members along with you and are delighted for you to do this. However, we do ask that they are cleaned up after as they would be at home. If your pet goes to the toilet please bag and place in the outside red bin. We provide cleaning products for messes but please do not use bath or kitchen towels for this purpose. If these rules are not adhered to, there will be an extra cleaning charge.
Rules for the Spa:
You are welcome to use the spa. The rules for the spa are posted on the fencing, to the rear of the back deck. Please ensure all of the safety instructions are followed.
Prior to using the spa, the cover will need to be unlocked. In the third bedroom, (middle room) the first cabinet door will have a small black key hanging inside. This is used to unlock the four locks holding down the cover. The spa will always be turned on at the front meter box, as well as the internal meter box (cabinet in middle bedroom where the keys are located). You will also need to turn on the Spa Isolation Switch, to the left of the BBQ, on the wall.
There is a control panel for jets/temperate/lighting on the side of the spa. Please ensure the cover is removed upon use, and put back on (and locked) when you have finished using, and between uses, to ensure no leaf litter/debris enters the water.
There is STRICTLY NO food or drinks are to be consumed in the Spa whatsoever. Please also ensure you rinse your feet prior to entering the spa. If you are returning from the beach, please make use of the outdoor shower to ensure no sand or sea water contaminates the spa.
If there is any dirt, rubbish or beach sand left in the spa, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee upon your check-out.
If you cause any damage to the spa, any associated damage fees to rectify this, will be applied upon your check-out.
Please ensure you run a cleaning cycle on the spa after each use, and then turn the spa off when you finish using it, and please put the spa cover back on and lock to comply with safety instructions.
Please supervise children and pets in and around the spa. Do not submerge your head or hair into the spa, for safety reasons.

Fireplace: the fireplace is fully functional, using the button to the right of the bricked in unit. To ignite, press and hold until the flame is lit, and to disengage, press the same button once again. Please be careful whilst ensuring all children and pets are monitored when directly around and in vicinity of the fireplace, as it is a naked flame.
