Didn't actually stay as no lift for my disabled wife. We did 'specially request' it but they failed to tell us before arrival. Manager promised a refund via Ebookers within a couple of days. Eboookers call the manager every day for more than a week before he decided he would be available and not put the phone down on them. Eventually, I was refunded. Incidentally, from what we saw from reception it was very dated, unloved and in need of a full refurbishment. Not impressed.

Very nice hotel very clean a very good standard

Use the hotel as a place to crash after a night out but it was more than that it was a very nice place to stay highly recommended

Practical & Pleasant

3 day stay. This hotel ticks the boxes - quiet, nice location, convenient for local shops, restaurants and metro. Kind and considerate staff and decent breakfast. Rooms practical and comfortable. Will use again.

Good area and easy access to Great North run.

Short stay for at north run. Good room decent breakfast. Good area and happy to take dog. Slight issue with room cleanliness. Tissues under bed.

Nice hotel did the job

I booked this for a friends birthday night out, it was much better than i expected good value for money, nice quiet location and close to the centre £6 by taxi! Overall id definately use this hotel again

Okay for a quick one night

I think it needs a bit of TLC but then I only needed a room for one night, as cheap as possible and in easy access to Jesmond. It was all I needed but not my choice for a getaway weekend but great for just a place to put your head and as I only had a single room it was very small but clean and adequate.
