I had the worst experience to stay in holiday inn Newcastle the room was booked for family of 4 and a baby. But the room we were given with one double bed and one sofa bed and given cot for us to setup ourselves but the room size was so small that even with the sofa bed there was barely any space to walk without banging into table or chair my son hit his head twice with the table as the sofa bed was extended underneath the table and we couldn't use cot as there was absolutely no space where we can fit that thing. In the morning breakfast was already finished and not refilled and was told that it's finished and they can't give us any. If you travelling with family definitely not the hotel for you. The only good things was all restaurants were nearby but my trip was ruined anyways so wasn't even interested in that.

Amazing staff. Unexpected stay on Saturday evening and the lovely duo on reception were a hoot! Lovely to be served by people who are great at what they do and have fun while doing it! Rooms are clean and contemporary. Was happy that they had usb port so I could charge my phone!

Good hotel
Perfectly decent place to stay in Newcastle. Excellent location, about 5 minutes walk from the train station and about 10 minutes walk from the central shopping district. Breakfast buffet was good too. Would happily stay here again.
