Cannot fault our stay. Staff, particularly Jack at the bar were absolutely amazing! So friendly, couldn’t be more helpful, with a smile on their face even right at the end of the shift. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here next time we visit Newcastle. Room was clean, well proportioned and tastefully decorated. Brilliant for the money we paid.

Lovely comfortable room with a view
Lovely comfortable room - with a beautiful shower and a bathtub. Note you get coffee Nespresso machine and tea (hidden below the tv!) We had a view onto the Tyne with the city in the background.

Good - but room for improvement
I can't fault any of the team here - they were very friendly and helpful. However, our room could really have done with a bit of TLC - thick dust in the corners, which had obviously collected over time, as well as a few chips and stains on the furniture. A good stay but it could have been better.
