Staying in Newcastle for daughter's graduation
Apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well-equipped with kitchen items including microwave, oven, fridge-freezer. Proper iron and ironing board came in useful. Plenty of hot water. Slight downside was lack of parking (only 5 spaces for all the apartments) and street parking was full due to NUFC home game. Found a pay and display nearby though.

Our stay was pleasant and the owner is so genuine and down to earth. I know the place is going to be so much better when it’s had its renovations. It’s clear that the management team all make a big effort for the place to run smoothly. Cannot fault it. Thank you
