Although the decor is a little tired we would certainly stay again. The breakfast was excellent and the staff we encountered were all helpful and extremely pleasant.

A new till system had been installed and the staff were struggling with it. Due to this the service was slow. Staff should of had some training. However thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is clean and the staff are helpful. Beautiful scenery. Will definitely stay again

Room views amazing. Restaurant staff excellent and very friendly. Reception staff not very engaging. Overall staff friendly enough. We had a terrible mattress this time, but have stayed here many times before and that was a first. So can’t judge on that. Overall an excellent stay.

Twin Room booked and paid for online was warm and very clean. Bathroom was very clean and well presented too.Towel rail was working so towels were nice and warm. Cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. Very nice. Staff were great all round.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location

Fantastic hotel staff were very helpfull and friendly. Rooms were nice and spacious the only fault id say with our room was the mattress must of been due for renewing as it had lost any firmness so unless you laid in the middle of the bed it felt as though you were going to roll off. Other than that a lovely place to stay and the breafasts were great

Beautiful surroundings

Catered very well for me as I have coaliac disease, could eat without worrying , looking forward to our return

Lovely location. A real Little Haven

Lovely Hotel and friendly staff . The restaurant and waiting staff is all a bit of a shambles. Food is great but staff don't know which table is which, wandering around with food orders totally lost as to who s it is. At lunch our table was half cleared away then the rest left! Had to request the job be finished please. The previous evening dining experience was the same , we were seated at a table then no one came to take our meal or drinks order for 10 mins at least whilst other people were being seated And orders being taken. We had to go to the bar and request some service. Shame
