Brand new with TV, coffee maker, microwave,small refrigerator, new queen size bed with high end linins, we have a beautiful private lake and golf course, close to Grandfather mountain and Banner Elk, sugar mountain and Blowing rock. No need for A/C here just heat. We are at 3800 Ft so its cool and comfortable. We have a private setting with flower gardens.

Last minute getaway
Since we had a long 4 day weekend over the 4th of July, we decided we would take a much needed trip to the Smoky Mountains. This was the only place I found the day before the 4th. So surprised it was still available at the last minute. The weather was wonderful and cooler than our beach. Everything we needed for our stay was there and it was pristine. There was a small porch with a small table and two chairs so we could relax in the mornings or early evening…perfect for the two of us😊 When we travel again, we’ll be sure to plan earlier so we can stay here again!

Mountain getaway
If you’re looking for a place to come back to so you can shower rest and keep going this is the place. Husband and I stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect. Mini fridge microwave and Keurig was perfect for our needs. Safe neighborhood and convenient location. Very very clean!! Definitely would stay here again!

Wonderful Getaway Nest We had a super time a this property. It is like a small motel room.
Quiet getaway that is affordable for an older couple. We found the surroundings clean and serene! It was perfect for 2 people with a comfortable queen size bed, a small refrigerator, nice shower. Lots of walking around the property. Just beautiful. Most of all, it was affordable!! It have a nice Kerig coffee maker and coffee and creamer and sugar! We visited all over the county and crawled into bed early! Thank you for all the provisions! Highly recommend this fo an intimate stay.Thanks!

Close to Grandfather Mountain
This is a great little room & served our purposes perfectly. The description was very accurate. The neighborhood is extremely quiet & beautiful. We hiked around the area the 1st morning. We were very thankful for the coffee maker & humidifier in the room. It's a super basic, no frills room but we knew that going in so it wasn't a surprise. It was great chatting with Doug the owner when we got there. We were only there 4 nights but he texted to make sure we had everything & if we needed fresh towels. The bed was very comfy too :)
