We had a wonderful stay at this place! The listing was exactly as described, and the interior was clean and cute, making us feel right at home. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach less than 5 min drive and plenty of restaurants nearby. We felt very safe throughout our stay, which added to our overall comfort and the kids enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi I think that’s our favorite place in Newport Beach so far. would definitely stay here again. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation

Great Amenities
Pool, spa, pickleball, basketball plus more. Kids loved the amenities. Location was close to everything. Very pet friendly. Room itself was fine. Only 2 downsides. 1st parking is tough. There is a parking structure but it’s on the other side of the complex so be prepared. 2nd unit is on 3rd story with just stairs. Both downsides weren’t horrible, just good to be prepared for. Overall my family enjoyed the stay and would recommend to others.

Dirty. Leaking shower. Front door hinge broke and I had to fix it. Key card to parking structure didn’t work. Trash can was an old laundry basket. The bedding consisted of a fitted sheet and comforter. Bare minimum on all counts.
