This stunning fully remodeled 3-bedroom/2-bath beach house sits on the south side of the bay front, literally steps away from the shops and restaurants on Marine Avenue. This vacation home is in the most sought after location on the island. Step outside to your private bay front patio and enjoy the spectacular views of boats sailing by, or take a 1-minute stroll to local markets and restaurants. The beach house is a 1/2 duplex and is on the ground level.

Inspired by the chic coastal theme of a Cape Cod style home, this upscale beach house has been designed with ultra luxury and hotel-like appeal while providing all the comforts of home in a relaxed coastal atmosphere. The beach house been designed to provide you with the luxuries of a 5-star hotel. Our guests receive only the finest of amenities. High quality linens, furnishings, and plush pillow top mattresses were selected for this home. Robes await our guests along with complimentary spa-like shower toiletries for their first day.

Each bedroom boasts a top of the line plush pillow-top mattress, soft fluffy pillows and sheets, and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed and a private ensuite. The second guest room comes also with a king size bed. The third bedroom includes two twin XL beds, perfect for children or two singles sharing a room.

Gourmet cooking made possible in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has everything you can possibly think of for cooking--an assortment of cookware and kitchen staples including spices. Ask our management about kitchen stocking. We are happy to help stock the fridge with your favorite beverages and groceries for your arrival.

Entertainment made possible in the open concept living space. The beach house has been designed for your ultimate entertainment experience with an open concept living room, dining room, kitchen and patio. Revel the breathtaking views while entertaining with family and friends. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards are for our guests use. Enjoy the comforts of home with a full size washer/dryer along with laundry detergent and dryer sheets fully stocked for your use. Working remote? Great condo with a beautiful view!
This property was perfect for our families getaway to celebrate a milestone birthday. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us, very well appointed, very comfortable bedding, easy walk to shops and restaurants and the view was gorgeous. My only suggestions would be..1) Since all the appliances are updated It would be very helpful to include instructions for those appliances (it was very difficult to get the fans in the bedrooms to operate and took a minute to figure out the microwave) and 2: it would have been nice to be able to get sports on the tv. Apparently the cable was very limited which frustrated some of us. wanting to watch the game. Other than that, this condo was perfect and we look forward to another stay in the future.

Lovely accomodations with minor inconveniences
The property has a fantastic view of the bay with a nice patio to sit outside. Interior design and furnishings are lovely. Close to stores and restaurants. The gas fireplace wasn't operational. They would have fixed while we were there but we didn't want the inconvenience. (We had already waited a day then hung around a few hours for first inspection before repair person was to be called)The owner lives upstairs which wasn't a problem until someone in the family decided they should sweep, use a leaf blower then rinse off our patio all while we're a few feet inside trying to relax and read. I had just swept up sand the day before because I noticed some sand had blown in. Another inconvenience was that the upstairs seems to have their outside lights on automatic all night long.....I often times have problems sleeping and when I do I go to the living room it was lit up from their outdoor lights. One might wonder why I didn't just close the shades ....because the main shade is permanently open until the company finds a way to repair (we did have a representative from the rental company come by - very pleasant person, professional - the shade is something that is on their radar and their working on). Also...no one has taken the time to update clocks on the stove and microwave. Small annoyances that all could have been avoided. The place is fantastic with a few adjustments. A few

Perfection!
This was our second time staying in the house, and it was even better than the first. The remodel is beautiful and the location is perfect. We come to Balboa Island for about 9-10 days every August and have stayed in 4 houses... this one is our absolutely favorite and perfect for our family. This year, we were so fortunate to be vacationing downstairs at the same time the owners, Amy Jo and John, were vacationing upstairs (and other family members later in the week). They couldn't have been more wonderful to my kids. It was a joy meeting them. I hope our Balboa travels overlap in the future. Can't wait to come back next summer!

Perfect Location
The location was perfect. Literally perfect - the house is right downtown but also on the water. Easy walk to the ferry. The house is recently updated so very nice. Owners are upstairs but very quiet and always said hi and then went on their way. No air conditioning - but they had lots of ceiling fans and wall mounted air cooling systems so it was not too stuffy. Beds and bedding were great. Closets and dressers were roomy and two of the rooms had a great little vanity. Washer / dryer was helpful. Appliances new and worked well. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots / pans. Wifi and TV all good. Small but cute front patio with a table and one lounge chair. Overall great family place to stay. Parking was a carport and totally easy to park my Tesla sedan.

Everything was amazing. Location was five star. Jordan was great. Only issue we had was the master bath shower. Water seemed to run through the grout lines leaving puddles of water on the tile drenching the shower mat. As a suggestion, add a little caulk in the grout line where the shower door and tile meet. Already looking at dates for next year.

Fabulous stay on the Bay
We have stayed here before and will stay here again. The property is perfectly located on Balboa's South Bay and right next to Marine where all the shops and restaurants are. The entire place has been very nicely remodeled and is beautiful and clean. The beds are very comfortable and it has all the amenities you need. We love sitting on the patio and watching the boats. It was a perfect stay.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
This is the perfect spot to escape for a weekend. Balboa Island is charming and this house is a gem. Great location, very clean and cozy. It seemed everyone on the small island knew each other and were so friendly and welcoming. My friends and I had a wonderful mini vacation and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location near Marine Ave on Balboa Island. Woke up every morning and wandered down Marine Avenue to get coffee (Huskins/Market) and all the breakfast items we desired at the Bakery, Crockers, Dads (even though the house had everything we needed). Missed breakfast at Wilmas - but will have to do that next time! Perfect location to take in all the activities the area offered. After a leisurely morning on the porch, rented e-bikes and biked all over the Island, CDM, and the Penninsula. Enjoyed a Duffy ride and came back to our perfect porch and enjoyed the sunset and people watching. Enjoyed a hike at Crystal Cove and lunch at the Beach Comber. Only comment would be that the interiors of this home are a little dated - but the cleanliness, quality of supplies, and overall feel, view, and experience compensate for that. Even though we had an issue trying to get into the house initially, Jordan, Tammy, and Miriam were on it very quickly and we were in within 5-10 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home, Balboa Island, and the Newport area! Just wish we had more time to eat at all the amazing restaurants and do more activities in the area!
