Great stay with family
The unit is comfortable and steps away from a beautiful, wide open beach. It was exactly as described in the listing and a good fit for our family with two young children. Rich was affable and explained things well. The garage is a tight fit, but it’s doable as long as passengers exit/enter the car outside the garage. Recommended.

Great location to the beach and PCH
A few of us went to California to get away from our winter weather back home, some to Disney, I of course enjoy the beach. This property is half a block to the beach, the map looks further but it is a very short distance, easy access to the PCH or even the highway to get to Disney. Very Clean and the property managers were so awesome and helpful for check in. Didn't need to see them otherwise cause everything was perfect. Only thing is if you do want to use the washer or dryer, make sure to bring quarters. Otherwise perfect stay.

So close to the beach!
Less than a block from the beach, this house was perfect. We checked in with Rich, who was super friendly and helpful. Property managers we easy to contact and responded promptly. We hope to be back!

great location to the beach, it's about 7 houses to the beach. It has a single private car garage that you can park a full-size sedan inside, which is great since street parking is challenging. The house was a little bit smaller than I expected, the two bedrooms one with a queen/king was very tight to move around in. The house could use some new couches. We were in the lower level and the upstairs was occupied during the same time that we were there. You can definitely hear all of the noise from the upper level. The patio area and location were great, and the hosts were very responsive.

Newport Beach Place to Stay!
We felt welcomed the minute we met with the property manager Rich. Easy check-in, and check-out. Very clean, and was provided with everything needed for the stay. Neighborhood was perfect. A stones throw away to the coffee shop on foot, short walk to the beach, perfect bike ride to the pier on the bikes provided. A shout out to the house keeping team who retrieved my laptop that I accidentally left behind. I was able to pick it up from them. Thank you Rich and Sheryl for going above and beyond!

Great location
We are OC locals looking for a short beach house staycation. This was a great place for a relaxing stay near the beach. Easy back and forth especially important with little kids in tow. Unit was clean and spacious. Communication with management was prompt. There was a garage space for one car…but I couldn’t get in and out without significant assistance Rich provided so we just found street parking which wasn’t hard to find in the early evening. They had provided enough essentials, ie papertowel TP and cleaning supplies for our 2 days stay. We would definitely stay here again and prob longer next time.

The property was very close to the beach and local eateries. We were greeted by Rich who took us on a “what to know” about the property and local area. He was very pleasant and helpful. Some noise from the upstairs but it was I would consider normal. Communication was excellent. I would definitely stay again!!

Great location!
The location was excellent. About 1/2 block from the beach. Having the bikes, beach chairs, and umbrella available was awesome. Communication with property management was easy and both Sheryl and Richard were great to work with. Overall experience was very good.

Overhead elephants!
A two story property that sleeps 10 on the upper floor and 4 - 5 below was horrible! It sounded like a bowling alley with elephants stomping above at all hours of the day and night! We try to be considerate and follow the rental rules but that wasn’t the case with the tenants staying above us! There was clearly more than 10 in the upper unit. The unit was not very clean (I have photos... yuck!) the manager was nice and offered restaurant suggestions etc. I wish I had known about the size of the upper unit prior to renting as I would not have booked this location! I would not recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time just walking on the beach having family dinners, riding bikes and just relaxing. This was the perfect place and location to just get away for a few days. The accommodations were perfect for our needs.

Super clean and steps to the beach
Very spacious and clean. Well stocked kitchen and barbecue. The bed was very comfortable (we only used the second bedroom for suitcases). You can walk, run or ride just 9 blocks down and hit the boardwalk along the oceanfront. The location was exceptional. Property managers Sheryl and Rich were super easy to reach and very helpful. I would highly recommend!

It's tough being on the ground floor with many running feet and noise from upstairs renters although everyone was nice and respected the evening quiet time. The unit was well maintained and comfortable. The front patio is really nice!

Absolutely horrible manager and completely unreasonable
Manager rushed the property at 10 PM accusing us of “partying” and what he found was nothing going on at all but soft music and no one but family and kids. Threatened to kick us out on a phone call and when asked for what? He hung up on me. When I spoke with the owner, she said she would have a talk with him. They watch you on cameras, which is weird and an uncomfortable feeling and manage the place in fear of losing their ability to rent to others. There are plenty of other professional rental companies I’d rather work with.

Great location and rental!
The unit was spacious enough for our family and the unit had all the necessary amenities including bikes. The owners added a nice touch of providing us with an X-mas tree, to provide holiday cheer during this week. The beach was steps away from the unit and we walked along the shore several times a day. Owners were very accessible when we had questions. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Having a garage (tho tight for a midsize car) was convenient as street parking was often limited. We had a great family vacation here.

Perfect house in the most perfect location.
We couldn't have picked a better location and the house fit our needs to a tee. The management was friendly and accommodating and I recommend this unit as an ideal vacation spot for a family or adults.
