Täysin uusittu makuun ja mukavuuteen. . . tuntuu kuin poissa kotoa! Tämä on toinen kotini, joten paikka on täysin varustettu kaikilla tarpeellasi. Kävelymatkan päässä ranta-inspiraatiopisteestä, kaupoista, kaikesta. Tilavat 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 1/2 kylpyhuonetta, oma suuri yksityinen patio, jossa on ulkoruokailu, sohva, BBQ ja takka. Valoisa ja avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on korkeat katot, upotettu valaistus, parkettilattiat koko, kaakeloitu kylpyhuone. Nauti iltaisin ulkona kauniilla valaistus ja romanttinen takka. Olohuone, jossa on takka, avautuu yksityiselle patioille viihdyttäväksi hauskan päivän jälkeen rannalla. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, takka, parveke, iso kylpyhuone porealtaalla, erittäin suuri suihku kahdelle, vaatehuone ja kaksinkertainen pesuallas. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, kolmas makuuhuoneessa on kaksi kerrossänkyä. 2. täysi kylpyhuone on jack & jill kylpyhuone toinen ja kolmas makuuhuone. Queen air bed on myös saatavilla & sijaitsee kaapissa. Pesukone ja kuivaaja sijaitsevat pesutupa autotalli. Pelit saatavilla olohuoneen tv-tallennustilaan. Rantalelut, vaunu, jäähdytin, rantatuolit, rantahuopa, jota voi käyttää autotallihyllyissä. Kiinteistössä on kaksi osoitetta 720 1/2 Marigold & 3401 5th Ave
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Sherman Library and Garden. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille keittiön ja 2.5 kylpyhuonetta.

Nice house and close to all the things

My family of 4 (10 and 8 year old boys) had a great time at this clean, comfortable and nicely laid out house. We walked to the coffee shops/restaurants, which were only a few blocks away. Close to a park and a quick drive down to the beach - so ideal location.

Fantastic!

Beautiful home. We would absolutely stay again. We rented a crib from an outside company and there was a mix up with pick up after we left the property. Angelique was very quick to respond and went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue.

Somewhat disappointed

This house was a bit disappointing. Upon arrival, the lock box didn't work and it took sometime to get in touch with the owner to find an alternate way to get in. The house itself is generally fine and clean; however, the living room sofa and the outdoor patio furniture did not seem clean and were quite old. We really couldn't even sit on the outdoor stuff. It was quite dirty and stained. The living room rug is also in that condition. Upon arrival, there was laundry in the dryer and wet cleaning towels in the washing machine. The rest of the house was tidy and just fine and the location was good.

Great stay in CDM

The property was great. Very comfortable and as advertised. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants of CDM. Beds were comfortable and the house had all the amenities needed. Great place!

Nice Place

Very cute, clean, conveniently located place. Just two things to note: The air mattress has a patched hole in it which causes it to slowly deflate. It also is just a little too wide to put in the kids room so you have to put it downstairs. A twin would definitely fit in the kids room and probably any of the rooms if you bring your own. The bedrooms are also very bright in the morning so bring eye covering. Other than those small caveats, it was great!

Wonderful Home and Hostess

We booked this home for our wedding weekend in Corona Del Mar, and it was the perfect hub for our family. The home is well appointed with amenities and was very clean and spacious. The hostess communicated in a timely manner and check in was very easy.

A Lovely Place - Some Suggesstions

I reserved this lovely place for me and my girlfriends to enjoy my 50th Birthday. The location is great and close to PCH and the beach. We didn’t receive the check in directions and had to call for this information; but it was quickly resolved. The outside patio was a huge part in booking this place and I needed to spend over an hour cleaning off everything with a broken hose and spider webs, dirty removable patio covers, disgusting bbq and 2 broken chairs. The propane was left on and smelled like gas too. Everything inside looked very clean and accommodating. However, the toaster was broken and glasses were unclean from lipstick and dirty dishes stacked in the cupboards. The bathrooms were spotless except the drawers were still in use from the previous guests with misc. items and hair. Last thing is that we were outside at check out time for a half hr packing and didn’t see anyone coming to the house, but later received a text that the cleaning person was upset that we had not checked out on time. We were outside and saw no one. Overall the owner had a lovely place but I think she needs a new cleaning person/company as they are not doing their best jobs and having poor communication with the owner. It also would have been nice to get some $ back from my cleaning deposit as we had to do a lot of unexpected cleaning.

Corona del Mar Getaway

Perfect house for our five adults in a very quiet neighborhood. We were close enough to walk down to the shops and restaurants. Would recommend this spot to anyone travelling to CDM or New Port Beach.

Perfect Location, Wonderful home

You will not find a better priced home in the area. Location is perfect and house beautifully updated with granite countertops, etc. Hostess is quite responsive to issues. We will still here again when in the area.

Like home

The place was very very nice. It felt like home. It was chilly at night, so all the fireplaces were percect and added such a beautiful accent to the home. The only thing that might make it better would be cieling fans. Location was great!

Good Family Time

This place is lovely, clean and comfortable. The patio was a favorite spot for hanging out and sharing meals. BBQ works great and kitchen is well stocked. It’s quiet and within walking distance to the ocean and lots of fun shops and places to eat. This is one of our favorites!

Perfect stay

The house/duplex was super clean, beds were comfy, and there was a ton of towels! If you stay in rentals a lot you will know how important the towel thing is. We had everything we needed and more! Angelique was super responsive and let us check in early because we got to Newport earlier than expected. Overall, it was a great stay and highly recommend.
